10 minutes by car: Heyri Art Village, Provence Village Single family home with large yard -You can enjoy a cup of coffee while sitting in the garden and enjoying the warm sunlight. -There is a large yard where children can run around and play, and board games, balls, badminton, etc. are provided. - The first floor has a sliding folding door, creating a spacious and open feeling. -There is a spacious garden and outdoor tables, and lighting and parasols are provided so that you can barbecue at night. -Parking is available for 2 cars, and additional cars can be parked in the front.

- This price list is based on 4 people , and an additional 20,000 won per night will be charged per additional person . - An additional 20,000 won per night is charged per pet / Only the first floor of the building is allowed access. @ For additional people and pets, please contact the manager @ -Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. 🚭 - Air conditioning and floor heating are always set to a constant temperature. Cool in summer, warm in winter (please inquire about temperature control) - Outdoor CCTV is in operation 24 hours a day for crime prevention and fire prevention, customer safety and facility protection, and personnel counting. It will not be viewed or stored for any other purpose. -Parking is available for 2 cars in front of the house, and additional cars can be parked in the vacant lot. -The deposit will be refunded after you check out, once the dishes have been washed, the trash has been separated, and the room has been tidied up. We will never refuse to refund your deposit for minor issues. -There is a separate cleaning fee of 100,000 won. -You must fill out the space use agreement form on the first floor in writing to be able to use the space. Please write the deposit refund account number on the space use agreement form.
