There are various convenient facilities such as a convention center, Galleria Department Store, Lotte Outlet, Gyeonggi Provincial Office, Kyobo Bookstore, Starbucks, Tous Les Jours, and Olive Young within a 5-10 minute walk, making it very convenient for living. In particular, I recommend you try the Starbucks located right next door, which is the second tallest in Korea. :) It is a 10 to 15 minute walk to Gwanggyo Jungang Station on the Shinbundang Line, and 33 minutes to Gangnam Station. You can also use the intercity bus and M bus, and it is the best transportation to go straight to Seoul Station by taking the M5115 bus from the stop in front of your house. It is located in the location. Those who need to use the airport bus can also use it conveniently. I highly recommend it to long-term business travelers or those who frequently travel to Seoul. All the furniture is new and has been thoroughly cleaned. We have completed disassembling and cleaning the air conditioner. I always try to keep it clean~!! :)
