There are great restaurants on the lower floors of the same building, including barbecue and pot rice restaurants. Daiso, a large supermarket, and a convenience store are within a 1–3 minute walk. The beach is also a straight 2-minute walk away. Gangdong Sea Library is a 7–10 minute walk away. Gangdong BayStars CC Golf Course is 10 minutes away. Ulsan Safety Experience Center is 5 minutes away. (Highly recommended if you have children!! Reservations are required!!) There is a walking trail called the "Gangdong Sarang-gil." I recommend it if you have the time^^♥️ Yangnam Jusangjeolli is about a 10–15 minute drive away. There are many famous cafes near the accommodation~😁 New cafes keep popping up everywhere♡♡ It's a new building, so it's clean and comfortable. System air conditioner, water purifier, and bidet are all installed. Ondol heating is available, so you can experience a very warm floor in the winter^^ The room condition is excellent with hotel-style bedding♡ 이불 및 베개 등이 임대차 계약에 따라 입주 시 현 상태로 인도될 수 있습니다. 입주 후 세탁·교환·보충·정기 정돈은 지원되지 않으며, 물품의 사용과 관리는 임차인이 직접 합니다. 실제 품목과 수량은 계약 전 확인이 필요합니다.
