When I first checked in, the bathroom light didn't turn on well, so I contacted the host, and he quickly called a repairman the next morning. It was really convenient for Koreans because I could contact him anytime via KakaoTalk if there was a problem. The soundproofing wasn't that great, and there was so much dust in the washing machine that my black clothes got a lot of dust when I did my laundry. Other than that, the room condition was fine, and I didn't see any bugs! It was convenient because there was a trash can on each floor. Above all, the security was good, and the swimming pool was large and clean. It was also nice that there was a convenience store right in front, and that it was only a 5-minute walk to Central if you took the shortcut :) I recommend it to those staying long term!

I'll just list the facts!! Pros 1. Central Festival is right next door, and there are shortcuts, so commuting was super convenient!! I did my grocery shopping every day, and when I got hungry, I went to the Senfe food court for a meal. 2. Security is great. There's a 24-hour security guard, and you have to swipe your card twice to enter the house. And the interior of the condo is beautiful with lots of trees! 3. It's the perfect size for a month-long solo stay. My laundry dried quickly, which was nice. Cons 1. The balcony door was broken and wouldn't lock. I told them the day after I checked in, and they said they'd fix it. But it's been six days and they still haven't fixed it. I told the host, and they said they're still looking for a repairman. So I contacted Live Anywhere, and they fixed it the next day. If there's a problem, it's faster to contact Live Anywhere. 2. If you're going to be going back and forth between Old Town and Nimmanhaemin frequently, you'll need to factor in taxi fare!! Still, it's 100 baht one way. 3. The view was bad when I stayed there because there was construction going on right across the street. ㅠ I had to keep the curtains closed because I didn't want to see people. It was a bit disappointing because it was a view of the construction and the trees. 4. I encountered two cockroaches... One next to the bedroom, one in the fridge. ㅠㅠ I took pictures, but I won't post them because they're gross. ㅎㅎㅎㅎ I had a great time.
