I booked this accommodation right after seeing the view. It's near the airport and in Jeju City, so it was great for sightseeing in various places. Even though I'm on foot, there's a bus stop right in front, so I got around well. Most importantly, I booked this place because I wanted to stay quietly, and I used it very comfortably. The ocean view is the best…!

The location of the accommodation is quiet and very good. When you wake up in the morning and open your eyes, you can see the ocean and the view is very nice. It's not just a little bit of the ocean, it's the entire ocean in front of you. There aren't many good restaurants nearby, but there are marts and convenience stores nearby, and there are restaurants in front of the house that are good to eat at. Also, delivery is good, and recycling is good. Parking is convenient, and if you use an electric car, there is a good charging station on the first floor.

I booked a one-month stay in Jeju after seeing the ocean view right from my bed, and I stayed there from 6/3 to 6/29~ It's exactly as in the picture. The view was amazing, and it was much quieter than I thought. The room was clean, the water came out well, and the recycling bin was right below. You don't have to worry about parking. Even if you can't park inside, you can park nearby. There was no inconvenience in terms of location. It's close to Jeju City and Jeju Airport, so there's a mart and pharmacy. You can easily get things you need in a hurry. I came here for a bit of healing rather than sightseeing, and I spent a lot of time at the accommodation. The sky and the ocean at sunset are really the best!! No, the only downside is that the sun came in really well when the weather was nice while I was there. I tend to get hot easily^^; The air conditioning helped me a lot. If I get the chance, I'd like to stay in the winter too~~

My mother wanted to live alone in Jeju Island for a month, so I looked into several accommodations and chose this one. I trusted them because they responded quickly and carefully from the time I made an inquiry before making a reservation. The accommodation was really clean and well-prepared, so there was nothing to buy separately. The reviews for Jeju One Month Living Accommodation are very disappointing and I absolutely do not want to recommend this accommodation. 1. There is no fire detector cover, so if you find it and do not report it, you may be singled out for a loss. 2. When the outside air circulation fan is turned on, it is noisy and you cannot sleep. 3. The toilet cover makes a clicking sound every time you lift it, which is noisy. 4. The water pressure is weak, so it does not flow well when used in other places, making it inconvenient to shower. 5. The parking lot is too narrow, so you always park on the side of the road, and it is not good to get wet in the rain. 6. After you check out, they unilaterally set the deposit without additional fees because you used a lot of gas, and if that is the case, they should have included the gas usage in the utility bill and asked you to pay an additional fee. 9. They demanded the cost of the ladle because it was dirty, and they said they would deduct the cost of the ladle because you said it had already been used. This is one-sided and has no standards. I absolutely do not think this is an accommodation I would recommend. ***Additional objection*** Without even providing objective data on the average gas usage, what criteria are used to arbitrarily apply the average usage? If the usage is below the average, will the cost be refunded? Since there are no such criteria, it seems like a problematic rental contract that charges additional fees for overuse and does not refund for underuse. This is an unfair contract, strictly speaking, a void contract, and a violation of the Tenancy Protection Act. I want to go all the way, but I am grateful that I am ending this here because my time is precious, and if I do not correct the unfair rental contract, it could cause great damage later. It will probably happen. It would be better to do business with a conscience. Keep in mind that a contract that is disadvantageous to the tenant is void...

The view from the bedroom was so beautiful that I couldn't put it into words, and the items were all pretty and good, and there were many good restaurants in the neighborhood, and there were many places with cheap prices and kindness. My husband retired and stayed in Seogwipo for a week and came to this accommodation, and I was very satisfied with everything. It hasn't been long since I came from Jeju, but I want to go again.
