⚠️ Late check-in is available until 10 PM. However, please note that if there are guests checking out on the same day, check-in is only possible after 3 PM after the room is inspected. We will inform you of this in advance of your check-in. 🚭Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. $5000 💸 Utility bills (electricity, water, etc.) will be paid in cash (or QR Pay) on the day of check-out in Thai Baht according to the amount used. ⚠️It may take up to a week from the time of check-out for the deposit refund to be processed.
