Furthermore, the area remains cool and low in humidity even in summer, ensuring a pleasant summer. Designed for a family of three, Giovanni is situated close to Gwangpyeong Village, yet maintains sufficient distance from neighboring houses to protect your privacy and allow you to enjoy the authentic, tranquil charm of Jeju. In winter, you can enjoy a cozy Jeju lifestyle using a pellet stove while saving on heating costs. Conveniently located within a 5-minute drive of a convenience store, Starbucks, and a gas station, and within a 5-10 minute radius of four supermarkets. There is a bus stop at the entrance of Gwangpyeong Village, just 300 meters from the house, so it is perfect for traveling on foot. It is located right next to Jeju Peace Road, which connects the north and south of Jeju, and the Second Mountain Road, which connects the east and west, making it convenient to get anywhere in Jeju. You can reach Seogwipo New Town in 20 minutes, Jeju City in 20 minutes, Jungmun in 10 minutes, and Hyeopjae and Aewol in 20 minutes. It is also close to major hospitals in Jeju City, so you can rest assured in case of an emergency! (It takes 20 minutes by ambulance from Jeju City.) Since this is a short-term rental concept and utilities are charged separately, there are no additional costs for extra guests. 🐾 Pet Restrictions (Fill out only for this accommodation): Not allowed (Pets belonging to visiting guests are also not allowed unless agreed upon in advance. Please be careful.) 💳 Utility Settlement Method and General Maintenance Fees: Gas, electricity, and water meters are read upon check-in and check-out respectively, and settlement is made on the day of check-out. We will return the amount after deducting the actual costs of gas, electricity, and water usage from the utility bills you paid. Please note that the 400,000 KRW security deposit for the one-month stay is held by Live Anywhere and will be returned upon check-out.
