After confirming the name of the person making the reservation by text, we will send you instructions on how to self-check in. Please be sure to take note. · As this is an accommodation close to nature, we are thoroughly disinfecting the property, but we cannot completely prevent insects from flying in. Refunds are absolutely not possible due to this. · Entry by outside visitors other than those on the reservation is not permitted. Guests are responsible for any violation of the number of guests rule. · This is a quiet rest area. Please do not disturb the rest of the residents and other guests by making noise or other inconveniences. · Smoking is strictly prohibited in the guest rooms. Smoking may be detected by the smoke detector, and a fee equivalent to one day's room rate may be charged for smoking, so please smoke outside. · Cooking of food with strong odors is strictly prohibited, and frying pans are not provided.
