This is a newly built building located in the forest of Okcheon Cheongsan-myeon. There is 1 bedroom/living room/1 bathroom/kitchen on the first floor. The second floor is a cozy attic with a low ceiling. (The attic can accommodate up to 4 adults) Additionally, there is one bathroom outside on the first floor. A neat and modern interior in a newly built building. It's a place where both body and mind are at ease~ Fog in the morning, beautiful sky during the day, starry view at night - it presents various scenery from morning to night. You can have a private barbecue at the barbecue area in front of the building. There is a safe bullseye spot next to the deck. It is located in a small rural village and is operated as a lodging facility for leisure and healing. There is a Hanaro Mart, convenience stores (CU/E-Mart/7-Eleven), restaurants, and cafes. Let me introduce our accommodation. 🌿 A cozy single-family home like your own villa You can use the neat and modern interior and the cute yard exclusively. It is a healing space where you can rest comfortably without the noise of cars, located away from the village. Perfect for those who enjoy walking and want to spend time in the countryside. 📍 Location and surroundings It is about 10 minutes away from Yeongdong IC. It's located in a place that goes up to the reservoir past the village and surrounded by forests.

Also, please be sure to observe the 9 PM manner time/11 PM outdoor lights-out and end of outdoor activities. -Please refrain from excessive entertainment, drinking, and making loud noises. (Regardless of time) -We are not responsible for accidents or loss of valuables caused by the user's negligence. - Smoking is strictly prohibited in the guest rooms, and meat such as pork belly and fish cannot be cooked over an open fire (if you smoke indoors, you will be asked to leave without a refund and a special management fee of 200,000 won will be charged) - You must notify us separately if any furniture or facilities provided are damaged during use. You may also be required to pay compensation for damage to dishes/floorboards/wallpaper/bedding, etc. that cannot be removed. all. - It is located in the mountains, food delivery is not available, and there is no supermarket within walking distance.
