10-minute walk from Sokcho Beach, 3-room apartment #1st floor exclusive use

As soon as I opened the door, a pair of cute dolls greeted me. It was a cute and pretty place. It was nice that there was a chair in the hallway where I could put on and take off my shoes, and the bedding in each room was really clean and fluffy!! Not only ******, but there was also ****, and everything I needed for cooking, such as ***, **, **, etc. I felt so comfortable that I didn't have to take the elevator because it was on the first floor. It was really nice. The garbage dump was right next door, so I could throw it away whenever I wanted, which was even more convenient. It was also quiet because it was the last house. ㅎㅎ If you take the shortcut to Sokcho Beach, it's about 15 minutes? It was the perfect distance to go for a walk every night. There was also an E-Mart 24 convenience store right in front, so it was nice to buy something I wanted to eat. It was also good that it was in a good location to go to tourist attractions by car. Oh! The water pressure is really strong. The water in my house is not cool, but I got a water massage at the place. ㅎㅎㅎ I stayed for a week with the air conditioner turned on and it was cool, but it didn't even cost 70,000 won. They also do the settlement quickly and right away. Netflix was also connected, but my kids are crazy about YouTube, and it was the Olympics season, so I just looked around to see what to watch, and it was a shame I couldn't use it. The sofa was so comfortable that I could relax while watching TV. It was a shame that there was no vinegar or citric acid, so I couldn't rinse the laundry, so please bring it with you. This is my first time living in Sokcho for a week. Since there are 3 kids, I looked around and thought the first floor would be good, so I made a reservation. The price was reasonable, it was close to the city center, and there was a mart nearby, so it was easy to move around~ However, the beach is not within walking distance, but it is close if you drive there, and the beach in Goseong is better than Sokcho Beach^^ There are many good restaurants in the neighborhood, and there is a convenience store and restaurant in the apartment complex, so it was convenient~ It was really good to move around with luggage because it was on the first floor, and I was surprised that the house was cleaner than I thought^^ The host was kind and it was good because it was non-face-to-face~

I had a great rest. My child cried the day before checking out. He asked if I could stay one more day. I wanted to stay for two weeks, but it was so popular that reservations were full, so I only had one week, which was a shame. I would like to come again next year if I get the chance. First of all, you will be very satisfied with the house with children. It is on the first floor, so you won't have to meet people in the elevator (this is great because COVID is a thing), and the stress of noise between floors was resolved in advance, so the children played to their heart's content. In addition, there are many board games for children to play (no loss, they are well-equipped). The only downside is that adults get a little tired at night from playing board games with the children^^; There are many fun board games. You should definitely try them. *** ** , and the lunch box was useful for packing simple fruit and such when going to the beach in front. As soon as I visited, the bed and furniture were neatly arranged, and I praised myself for choosing this place, which was so well-organized even during the peak season!! I really want to know where to buy the dolls on the bed. The kids slept comfortably with one on each bed. As an additional advantage, the apartment itself was old, so I went there prepared for parking, but it was better than I thought. It is a house where you can have fun without worrying about parking. Above all, the host was quick to settle the account after check-out, and I was touched by the warm text message (a text message wishing you to be happy anytime, anywhere). This is a place where small happinesses like this are found! I really recommend it^^

It was a place where I could rest comfortably and safely like my middle school siblings at home. It was especially nice that there was a washing machine and dryer, so I didn't have to worry about washing clothes even in the winter. It was a remodeled place, so it was clean, and the ** and ** were clean. There were dishes and cups of various sizes, and there were *** ** and a dishwashing liquid, so I could feel the host's neat consideration. (There were also kitchen towels.) I went back and forth to Sokcho Beach every day, so I got some exercise. The kids also went to a nearby PC room or arcade to play. There were convenience stores and various restaurants around the accommodation, so I could eat without worrying about food. I was worried that the accommodation would be cold because the temperature suddenly dropped, but I didn't use the electric blanket I brought and stayed warm. When I checked out, I calculated the basic management fee for the electricity and gas meter, and paid 56,000 won for 3 people for 6 days. The host kindly sent me instructions via text message, so I was able to stay without any inconvenience. I often go to Sokcho, and this is a place I want to visit again!

I chose this house because I was with a 12-month-old baby, and I was so satisfied because the first floor was so clean^^ The apartment is a new building, but it was remodeled inside, so the interior was pretty. It was not a baby-friendly accommodation, so I had to bring a baby chair, but it was nice that there were baby dishes. There were also 2 toppers, so it was good for putting the baby to sleep! All **** dishes, cutlery, ** bedding, etc. were plentiful, so it was great. I thought that if you prepare baby-related items since it is on the first floor, more people will visit.ㅋㅋ Anyway, Sokcho Beach is a 10-minute walk away, so I went in and out like a Gangwon-do resident with a baby stroller. I was satisfied with the location and the condition of the accommodation. I highly recommend the accommodation😃

Last time I visited and made really good memories and rested well so this time I caught it at the place my mom's friends went~ My mom went there and said it was good so she asked me to catch it again! ㅎ The host was really nice and the facilities were upgraded so she really liked it~ It seems like they always take care of it and manage it so I trust them and visit! Thanks to you, adults are falling for the charm of Sokcho! It's a great place to go anywhere in Sokcho, like the beach or the central market and it's also great for watching Netflix while resting I really recommend it~

The location of the accommodation was convenient because it was not too far from tourist attractions or the beach, and it was convenient because it was close to E-Mart and convenience stores. The accommodation had everything, so it was really comfortable. I've traveled a lot since my kids were little, but I think this was the most comfortable and relaxing stay I've had. The kids slept well, ate well, and played well as if it were their home. Nothing was lacking. On the day we left, my kid cried for the first time because he didn't want to go home. 🤣 I'd 100% stay here again~!^^

Living in a guesthouse It was a perfect house. The washer and dryer were on the veranda, so it was quiet and the garbage can was close, so I could throw away the garbage right away. I was able to conveniently use the home appliances, and the room was spacious and there was plenty of bedding, so I used it comfortably. It was really nice because it was close to Sokcho Beach and Seoraksan. The central market was also close. I had a great time going back and forth right in the middle.
