Within 5 minutes walking distance there is a CU convenience store, several restaurants, a beauty salon, a hospital, an oriental medicine clinic, a supermarket, a post office, a market, a police station, schools from kindergarten to high school, a pharmacy, a laundry, a mill, a health center, a local government office, a brewery, and an ice cream shop. This is a farm that sells doraji and dorachicheong and conducts doraji experience programs. The mountain currently growing sandorae is said to have started cultivation after requesting an agricultural technology center to analyze the soil and confirming that it was the best land for growing sandorae. As of 2022, the 8,000 pyeong of sandorae cultivation is in its fourth year of organic certification, and it is said that they even make all the fertilizer themselves. You can experience making and eating bibimbap with doraji, making yanggaeng (sweet bean jelly) containing doraji, and doraji extract. (If you make a reservation in advance for 4 or more people (you don't have to be a hotel guest), you can experience making doraji for 25,000 to 35,000 won per person per item.)
