After confirming the name of the person making the reservation by text, we will send you instructions on how to self-check in. Please be sure to take note. · This is an accommodation close to nature, and although we are thoroughly disinfecting, we cannot completely prevent insects from flying in. Refunds are absolutely not possible due to this. · Entry by outside visitors other than those on the reservation is not permitted. Guests are responsible for any violation of the number of guests rule. · This is a quiet rest area. Please do not disturb the rest of the residents and other guests by making noise or other inconveniences. · Smoking is strictly prohibited in the guest rooms. Smoking may be detected by the smoke detector, and a fee equivalent to one day's room rate may be charged for smoking, so please smoke outside. · Cooking of food with strong odors is strictly prohibited, and frying pans are not provided. Please only cook simple dishes. · The customer is responsible for compensation in case of loss or damage to furnishings and facilities provided (there is a cost for restoration in case of damage to furniture or wallpaper tearing due to moving furniture) · Compensation may be claimed in case of intentional graffiti, contamination, staining, or discoloration of bedding, curtains, wallpaper, etc. · In case of multiple nights, intermediate cleaning is conducted once a week.
