Surroundings & additional info
🏪 Hamyang IC: 8 minutes by car Convenience store: 5 minutes by car Hamyang Intercity Bus Terminal: 10 minutes by car Hamyang Nonghyup Hanaro Mart (big and nice👍): 12 minutes by car This is a lodging located in a small village in Yulim-myeon. 🌿 It's a brick detached house in the countryside. Nothing special, but nothing lacking either. It is a space where families go to their hometown to rest, and we recently remodeled it and want to open it up. Because it is a house that is actually used, the owner's touch is felt in every corner. I recommend this to these people 💕 For those who want to experience rural life 💕 For those who want to recuperate in a place with good air 💕 For those who want to relax and unwind in a quiet place 💕 It's located in the village, so it's not scary even at night 💕 You can ask your neighbors for help when you need it 💕 For those who want to live comfortably in a whole house, but not in a tourist area 📌 Please note The management fee is set to include electricity, water, and gas. We will fill the oil boiler (including hot water) with the amount of management fee paid at the time of contract, and you will have to fill in the remaining amount with your own money. In winter, you will need to use both hot water heating and an indoor boiler, so you will need to fill the oil at your own expense. You must learn how to use an oil boiler in winter. You definitely need your own car Since this is not a pension, you must clean and tidy up the place yourself while you are staying there. (washing dishes, taking out the trash, etc.)
