We can confidently tell you that our accommodation is the best value for money share house in Jeju Island! There is a quiet cafe right next to the accommodation, which can also be used as a study room. There are several buses from Jeju Airport to our accommodation (3-minute walk from Halla University bus stop), and it is very close, only 20 minutes away. Utility bills are billed separately at the end of each month based on the amount of the electricity and water bill! (After paying 1,500 won per day, only the excess amount is billed!)

<Basic Structure> This is a women-only share house. It features a shared housing layout with a long corridor and is located on the semi-basement level. Each room is a private room for individual use, but the kitchen and bathrooms are shared. There are a total of 6 rooms, consisting of 4 single rooms and 2 double rooms currently in operation. All restrooms are women's restrooms, and separate shower rooms are provided. <Rooms> Beds, TVs, air conditioners, fans, desks, chairs, and clothes racks are provided as standard. Additionally, mood lighting, sofas, aurora lights, candle warmers, and picture frames vary by room type. You must bring your own towels and personal items. (Bed sheets, duvets, and pillows are available for rent free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your own.) <Shared Kitchen> There is a shared table for 4 people, and various tableware, pots, and pans are available for use. Microwave, toaster, rice cooker, air fryer, refrigerator, water purifier, and dryer are available for use. <Bathrooms> There is no separate men's and women's restroom; all are used as the women's restroom. Two washing machines are available in the restroom. The dryer is located in the kitchen and is for shared use. Please remove your laundry after use. To ensure quick turnover, please write your room number on a Post-it note and attach it to the dryer. Shared toilet paper (for restrooms), laundry detergent, and hair dryers are provided. <Parking> Parking within the building is designated, so you may use it briefly when unloading or moving luggage. There is a large, free public parking lot right next to the building, so please use that instead. <Security> 24-hour CCTV is operating on both sides of the building's hallways to prevent theft and accidents. Digital door locks are installed to allow for self-check-in and a safe stay. <Cleaning> A share house is a type of residential space shared by multiple people. Cleaning of common areas is done weekly on a rotating duty basis. Please be aware of this before deciding to move in! Heating > This is an electric floor heating system. Please set it between levels 1 and 4 and turn it off once it starts to warm up. Excessive electricity charges may occur with long-term use.
