(Large mart, hospital, cafe, Tamra Library, convenience store, bus stop all 5 minutes away) Those who work at the airport, 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bus from Jeju Airport! Dream Tower office workers, 5 minutes by car from Jeju Hyatt Hotel or 10 minutes by bus! Anyone who wants to live in Jeju Island for a short period of time to settle down! It is also the optimal location for traveling between the east and west of Jeju, serving as the midpoint of Jeju. There are various accommodations available, from single, double, and triple rooms. There is a quiet cafe right next to the accommodation, which can also be used as a study room. There are several buses from Jeju Airport to our accommodation (3-minute walk from Halla University bus stop), and it is very close, only 25 minutes away. Utility bills are paid by tenants according to the amount used. The amount shown on the monthly bill is billed. It is set at 1,500 won per day at the time of contract, and only the amount exceeding the amount is billed, and the deposit is refunded!

<Basic Structure> It is a shared house-style residence with a long hallway and a semi-basement floor. Each room is private, but the kitchen and bathroom are shared. There are a total of 6 rooms, 4 single rooms and 2 multi-person rooms. The bathrooms are separated into male and female bathrooms, and there are also separate shower rooms. <Room> Bed, TV, air conditioner, fan, desk, chair, and hanger are provided as basics. In addition, mood lighting, sofa, aurora lighting, candle warmer, and picture frames are all different depending on the room type. Towels, blankets, and personal items must be prepared by each person. (Please let us know in advance if you would like to rent bed sheets, blankets, and pillows. They are free.) <Public Kitchen> There is a communal table for 4 people, and various tableware and pots and pans are available for use. You can use the microwave, toaster, rice cooker, air fryer, refrigerator, water purifier, and dryer. <Toilet> There are separate male and female restrooms, and there is one washing machine in the male restroom and one washing machine in the female restroom. The dryer is located in the kitchen and is for shared use. Please take out your laundry after using the dryer, and for faster circulation, please write your room number on a post-it note and attach it to the dryer. Toilet paper (for the bathroom), detergent, and hair dryer are provided for shared use. <Parking lot> Since there is designated parking inside the building, you can use it briefly to unload or move your luggage. There is a large public parking lot (free) right next to the building, so please use it. <Security> CCTV is in operation 24 hours a day on both sides of the building's corridors, and digital door locks are installed to prevent theft and accidents, allowing self-check-in and a safe stay. <Cleaning> A share house is a type of residential space used by multiple people. The cleaning of the common areas is done on a weekly basis and takes turns. Please be aware of this in advance and decide to move in! <Heating> It is an underfloor electric heating system. Set it to 1~4 and turn it off when it starts to get warm. If you use it for a long time, you may be charged an excessive amount for electricity.
