Located close to downtown Seogwipo with excellent public transportation and featuring a convenience store right nearby, this is a healing stay near Jeju Health Town with ocean views and a view of the Hallasan forest. It was completed specifically for young adults in their 20s and 30s looking for a one-month stay in Jeju for solo work, entrance exam preparation, job hunting, or remote learning. (Of course, lease agreements are available for everyone from young adults to seniors, parents, and families with children.) Located in the forest of Healthcare Town, Seogwipo, this is an apartment-style officetel that previously operated as a revenue-generating hotel. Enhanced security for children, women, and families is provided through double security measures, dozens of CCTV cameras, and security staff at the management office. Designed by a German-educated architect, this modern, hotel-style apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows, landscaping within the complex, and a walking path behind the stay. Located on the safe 3rd floor, this terrace-style studio apartment features a staircase layout. Upon opening the door, you will find a study for two. Floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides allow you to view Hallasan Mountain year-round through the curtains, while the opposite side offers a view of the ocean horizon. An outdoor terrace is also available; sit on the stairs inside the room to enjoy books and music, and experience terrace home camping—enjoy the Jeju lifestyle for young adults. We provide a secure parking space (CCTV). Located in Topyeong, Seogwipo, the property is accessible via public transportation and electric scooters to downtown Seogwipo, as well as on foot.
