If you leave your belongings behind, they will be treated as waste and you will be charged a waste disposal fee. Please make sure to clean up all your belongings before you leave. Our Ungcheon Stay is a non-smoking accommodation. Also, pets are not allowed. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and to prevent damage to neighbors, a fine will be charged if there are traces of smoking.
