Food and waste separation disposal site Turn your back to the building, go to the right, and go down the passage to the underground parking lot on the first floor, and you will find a recycling center. If you do not turn off the boiler and air conditioner when you check out, you may be charged excessive utility bills. If you leave your belongings behind, they will be treated as waste and you will be charged a waste disposal fee. Please make sure to clean up all your belongings before you leave. Our Ungcheon Stay is a non-smoking accommodation. Also, pets are not allowed. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and to prevent damage to neighbors, a fine will be charged if there are traces of smoking.

  • Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited in all stays. A cleaning fee of KRW 300,000 will be charged if smoking is detected after checkout.

  • We recommend recording a video and taking detailed photos at check-in and check-out to document the condition of items and furniture. Additional charges may apply for any damage.
