The kind host maintains a spacious and clean three-bedroom apartment very well, so I had a really comfortable stay. Since it's a mixed-use complex, there's a mart, convenience store, and restaurants all on the first floor, making it really convenient for daily life. I was able to rest peacefully in a quiet environment. The price is reasonable, and with two bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a laundry room all well-equipped, I'm really satisfied that I could stay in such a nice place without spending a large amount. Access to Jeju City is convenient too, making it easy to go anywhere, and overall it's an accommodation I'd like to visit again.

I spent two weeks in Jeju with my children, and I found that there's no better location than this place for getting around all of Jeju. It's close to the city center, the air is clean, and it's very convenient to visit Seogwipo, Gujwa, and Seongesan. Except for the Daejeong area, everything is within a 30-40 minute range. There's a convenience store, restaurant, and cafe all within the building. The air was fresh and cool during morning and evening walks. I think this place is optimal for my next long or short-term stay in Jeju.

We had a wonderful month-long stay in Jeju with our child. We visit Jeju every year for a month-long stay, and the urban area is indeed great with excellent infrastructure! Most importantly, the accommodation host was very kind and helpful!

It is convenient because it is easy to access downtown and there is a cafe, convenience store, mart, and chicken restaurant on the first floor. The house is also very clean and has 3 rooms, so I was able to stay very comfortably. The host was also very kind and helpful, so I was very grateful :)
