3-minute walk from Gangnam Station Exit 5, clean officetel with large floor space

I made a reservation because I had to stay in Seoul for about a month. First of all, the location is convenient (there is a convenience store right on the first floor). When I asked the host, he responded very quickly and was kind. And I was impressed to see that he provided daily necessities that I needed but would be hesitant to buy for a month, such as a folding mirror, cleaning tools, ****, and a clothes drying rack. At first, I had a hard time adjusting, but once I got used to it, there were blackout curtains, so I slept well. I had a good stay in many ways. Thank you.

Pros: - The host is friendly and responds quickly - The location is great - The house was very clean Cons: - It's completely blocked by another building right in front, so it's dark even in broad daylight, and you can't open the curtains because you can see right through it. - Shockingly, there's no Wi-Fi. - There are no amenities. There were only five bathroom stalls left, and there wasn't even 1cm of dishwashing liquid in the empty bin. Toilet paper and detergent don't cost much, but if you pay attention to these things, the house is already dark, so you can move in a little more pleasantly. I had given up thinking that Gangnam Station was like this, but when I came into another house today, it was much better for a similar price. I hope no one stays here for 1.57 million won a month (+ about 230,000 won in management fees) like us......
