🧺 There is a shared laundry area. 🛏️ Bedding (duvet, pillow) can be rented for 1,000 baht for 1st month. When renting bedding, a cleaning service is provided once a week (bed sheet replacement, 2 towel replacements) 2nd month onwards will be charged at 1,500 baht.

Any excessive beyond this amount may result in additional charges upon check-out, as determined by actual meter checking. ⚠️ Refund of the security deposit may take up to 1 week from the check-out date. If there are no issues such as damage or malfunction after checking the room's condition, the full amount will be refunded in Korean won through a remittance service. 📜 Guests staying for more than a month (29 nights) may be requested to provide a copy of their passport on the day of check-in for the TM30 long-term resident registration, so please be prepared for this.
