This is a 37-pyeong detached house with a yard, a spacious entrance, a bedroom, an electric ondol room, a living room with a large TV, a bathroom/laundry room, a fully equipped kitchen/dining room with kitchenware and appliances, two stand and wall-mounted air conditioners, and a swing on a large terrace. The interior has been recently renovated, and the cypress wood walls create a cozy atmosphere with a deep fragrance. There is a separate 6-pyeong balcony and swing, a toilet and a faucet in the yard, and the south-facing yard is full of sunlight, and when you open the window, it is full of phytoncise, and there is a flower bed with peppermint herbs and succulents, boasting the best stable atmosphere. The tangerine tree right in front of the window always gives a fresh green feeling, and during the tangerine season, it presents a generous heart with golden waves. Everyone who has used it says that it is much better and more comfortable than the photos show, and that they made a good choice. They always express their utmost satisfaction when checking out. 🗓Minimum number of nights required for reservation: Reservations must be made for a minimum of 14 nights. 🐾 Pet Restrictions: We have two Jindo dogs, so bringing pets is unavoidable. 💳 Utility Bill Settlement 1. When you move out, utility bills such as electricity, water, gas, and internet will be deducted from the deposit and refunded to your account. ♤ Spring, Fall: 5,000 won per day ♤ Summer (air conditioning): 7,000 won per day ♤ Winter (electric heating): 7,000 won per day 2. Check the oil (kerosene) in the heating boiler when checking in and out and pay separately for the amount used.
