This accommodation contract is a lease agreement, so no cleaning fee is charged. After guests check out, we provide bedding changes, simple dust removal, and bathroom cleaning. However, if you require thorough cleaning comparable to that of a commercial property or a move-in cleaning service, you must clean the room yourself.
