①. No smoking anywhere in the room, if you break the rules, we will ask guests to pay an extra cleaning fee of 2000 baht. ②. Do not put out shoes, trash and other things in the corridor outside the room. ③. Keep your own key card and keep your valuable when you go out. ④. In order for all guests to have a better experience, please do not eat durians and other smelly food in the room. ⑤. Please keep the noise down to avoid affecting the neighbors. **Monthly rent conditions: Please note that the monthly rate guests pay to Airbnb excludes utility usage. Electricity usage will be charged based on actual usage at 6 baht per unit. Water supply is 30 baht per unit during your stay on the first day and on the checkout date. If you turn on the air conditioner only when you sleep at night, it should be around 1,000-1,500 baht per month.
