I'm staying here for a week in mid-May My two-year-old child and I stay here for a week once a month, once in January and once in May, totaling two weeks in Yeosu In January, we rented a small officetel This time, we chose this accommodation over a duplex because it's a little bigger and my child likes stairs, and it was a good choice!!!!!!! I really like it for the price and it's comfortable and well~ -------Advantages~~~~ ㆍThe concept of the first floor living room and the second floor bedroom is good because it's separated ㆍThe kitchen and laundry are clean and have everything~ ㆍIt's at the entrance of Dolsan, so it's easy to move around (drive by car) ㆍThere's a convenience store on the first floor and Ediya across the street ㆍThere's a simple pub and Samhappocha across the street (with a view of the ocean) ㆍThere's a kimbap restaurant 50m away (you can get a quick meal) ㆍThere are many restaurants within a 10-minute walk (Kimchi stew restaurant Gukmin Restaurant, meat restaurant Namdo Gojib, shaved ice restaurant Se-A-Ne, etc. within a 10-15 minute walk <-based on walking speed of adults) ㆍIt's a good location for seeing Yeosu tourist attractions (It's good because it's near Jongpo, Expo, and Seo Market) -------Disadvantages~~~~ ㆍThe parking lot is narrow and there are no parking spaces Less than 10 spaces (You can park in the alley next to the parking lot entrance, but it's very sunnyㅎㅎ) ㆍIt's too far to see Yeocheon ㆍThe delivery fee for food delivery is 4,000~7,000 won There's no parking space in the evening while staying with the child for a week I parked near the entrance and wandered around before the morning sun got hot When I came in during nap time, there was a space in the parking lot so I parked in the shade and moved again in the late afternoon There was no particular inconvenience in parking It's too far to see Yeocheon, but I didn't care about that so I went to Ocean Water Park, Dongdongdari Hwayang-myeon, etc. Food delivery was the first day. After that, I went out to eat Actually, there were no disadvantages to staying here and I came back I think I'll live in Yeosu for a week in four or five months and I'm thinking of staying here then too Summaryㅡ I texted the landlord twice, once when I checked in and once when I checked out. This means that there was nothing to talk about or complain about while living together, so there was no need to contact them!!

I had a really good time staying at the accommodation for a week. The host was also very kind and kindly contacted me whenever I had questions about the accommodation. The location of the accommodation was the most satisfying. There was a 24-hour convenience store on the first floor, a large cafe with a nearby ocean view, and it was only a 15-minute drive to major tourist attractions!! The large grocery mart Daiso was also located nearby, so I was able to shop comfortably. In particular, the view of the night sea of Yeosu outside the window in the evening was very beautiful! It was so convenient and nice that all kitchenware such as pots, bowls, knives, scissors, and other daily necessities were provided! The cleanliness of the accommodation was also very good! The accommodation smelled good, there was a vacuum cleaner, and I could do laundry, which was very nice! I was able to have a good trip at a good accommodation. Thank you!

This is a review after 6 nights and 7 days. It was clean because it was a newly built building, and it was fun to stay in the duplex bedroom. The host prepared daily necessities, dishes, etc. well, so I used them comfortably. There are many ocean view cafes in front of the accommodation, and there are convenience stores inside and across the building, and the famous Hamel raw fish restaurant is close by! It was a good area for delivery, so I ate well and had a good rest :) I am a walker, but the bus stop was close by, so it was convenient. However, I think it is inevitable that the interval between buses is long or the buses stop early. Kakao Taxi is easy to catch. ㅎ I enjoyed the view of Dolsandaegyo Bridge from the window during the day and night and came back. I recommend it as a lodging for a trip to Yeosu ^^b
