Cooking of foods with strong odors, such as fish or seafood, indoors is prohibited. You are responsible for compensating for any damage to bedding or interior facilities. If damage occurs, repair or replacement costs (including cleaning costs) will be charged. Separate collection and waste disposal: After separating, please dispose of your waste in the designated location. Please check your personal belongings. Please refrain from making loud noises indoors after 10 PM. No pets allowed - If found, you will be asked to leave immediately. No fire hazards (firecrackers, candles, etc.) allowed. Long-term residence management fee (including city gas) is paid by the guest - please inquire at the management office.
