Convenience store 1 minute walk away. The Bukhangang River and outdoor performance venue are a 7-minute walk away. If you are using your own car, you can conveniently use Lotte Mart, Nonghyup Hanaro Mart, and Daiso around Maseok Station, which is 10 minutes away. You can enjoy healing and rest at our 'Bicycle Riding Scenery', and various sports nearby. Two bicycles are available. It is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a bike path right in front and Yangju Golf Club (cc) behind it. There is a military base right before the bus stop, so there are many delicious restaurants within walking distance. There is also an outdoor performance venue within walking distance, so you can enjoy regular concerts and performances. *We do not charge building management fees to guests, and when you check out, we will deduct utility bills (electricity, water, and gas) from the deposit and return it to you.
