(Only bank transfer is possible / Cash or card is not accepted) - In case of mid-term withdrawal, the full amount will not be refunded, but the refund will be calculated based on the number of days of use. - A rental agreement must be signed when moving in. -Security is in operation at all times with only indoor (outdoor) CCTV installed. -There is a washing machine (6kg) in the room. (Detergent not provided) - Our staff will not clean the rooms while you are renting.
