Please inquire via chat before booking." 1) This is a detached house with a small front yard. ※ As this is a remodeled old house, the low ceiling height may feel uncomfortable. The ceiling height in the living room is 2m, while the master and small rooms are 1.7–1.8m. The dining area and door thresholds are low. Men over 180cm tall are advised to be especially careful of their heads when moving around. 2) The property consists of a master bedroom, a small bedroom, a living room, a dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom, and an outdoor bathtub (Jacuzzi). 3) The space is spacious enough for two people and comfortable enough for a family of four (2 adults, 2 children) to stay in without any issues. ※ An additional fee applies for 'overnight stays' by visiting guests. (Deposit deducted) ※ Check-in and check-out are monitored via CCTV, so please contact us in advance if you plan to have guests. 4) Although the contract is for a short-term rental, it is ideal if you are someone who uses the space cleanly with a sense of ownership, treating it like your own home. ※ Since I also live in this space during periods without reservations, I always pay close attention to ensure that there is no inconvenience for other guests. If you are staying for several weeks, please keep the cleaning and tidying to a reasonable standard. It breaks my heart to see the place too dirty or messy after I check out. 5) Sharing the accommodation or subletting is not permitted. 6) Violations related to 5) may result in a request for eviction. 7) Appliances and furniture are provided. (Please refer to the list of amenities below.) 8) Personal items and daily consumables are not provided. (Toiletries, tableware, kitchen supplies, laundry supplies, bath products, etc.) Please understand that as this is a rental business rather than a lodging business, we cannot provide hotel-style amenities. 9) Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property. Violations detected via CCTV will result in eviction. ※ Smoking in the yard may result in complaints from neighbors → CCTV verification → Notice of eviction ※ 10) Repair costs or compensation will be charged for any damage or loss of facilities, so please use them carefully. 11) Pets are not allowed. ※ Although the outdoor jacuzzi is a closed space with the door kept closed at all times, we do not recommend using it during the summer due to the risk of insects crawling in from unpredictable locations, which is a characteristic of detached houses. 12) Insects occasionally appear around the yard during the summer. Rural houses in Jeju Island are environments where it is impossible to completely block insects, even with consistent pest control efforts. We cannot accept requests for refunds or eviction due to this. Please take note of this and make your reservation carefully. 13) The types and locations of potted plants in the small yard may change depending on the season. ​ ​ - Transportation Information - ​ 1) It takes about 35 minutes if you take Express Bus No. 102 from Jeju Airport. (30 minutes by car) 2) Get off at Aewol Transfer Station; it is a 5-minute walk away. 3) For other regular buses, you can use this stop if it makes one stop. 4) If using a rental car, parking is available in the large open space next to "Japanese Restaurant Suzu" at the entrance of the residential alley.
