You can relax in a quiet neighborhood. Located between Anyang Station and Gwangmyeong Station, it is convenient for going anywhere (2 minutes walk from the bus stop) There is a large dining table so it is good for parties, and you can also study/work from home. You can watch YouTube with Google Chromecast/SKB As the number of people in a densely populated residential area increases, noise becomes a cause for complaint from neighbors. It's 1.5 floors 😊 There are about 8 stairs to the 1st floor or 1.5 floor (semi-basement on the lower floor) 📍 Location and surroundings The accommodation is located 3 stops away from Anyang Station by bus, at Bakdal Intersection, and a 2-minute walk away. There are many convenient facilities available within walking distance, including a supermarket, convenience store, restaurant, hospital, bank, and police station. There are many restaurants within walking distance. There is no on-site parking, but parking is available at the administrative welfare center, a 2-minute walk away (free on weekdays from 6 p.m. to 9 a.m. the following day, and free on Sundays).
