Self check-in No smoking No parties or events 💁🏻 Our accommodation's unique operating policy ❗️This is a space that my family also uses as a second home. Please use it cleanly and carefully as if it were your own home. ❗️ Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors🚭 , and pets are strictly prohibited . ( Fines will be imposed if caught ) ❗️Since we are operating our own sewage treatment plant, please refrain from flushing bidet tissues, ramen broth, etc. into the toilet . (This can cause the toilet to become clogged, so repair costs will be incurred and billed .) ❗️ Please strictly adhere to the contract period . ( Forced eviction may occur) ❗️Deposit refund: If there is no damage to the furniture or any special circumstances, the deposit will be refunded. ❗️Parties within the generation are prohibited , and caution and consideration for noise are required between 22:00 and 06:00 . ❗️Please dispose of all trash when checking out, and use the recycling bin in front of our building, food waste disposer (food waste card), and general waste (volume-based) collection bin. ❗️ Please be sure to wash any pots, bowls, etc. you have used . ❗️Severe contamination of bedding (non-washable) will incur a compensation fee. Please use the provided sofa cover and stool cover. This is to maintain cleanliness due to the nature of the fabric sofa, which is used by multiple people. (Additional fees will be charged for using extra bedding in the pantry.) ❗️Short-term rentals are not Airbnb, but long-term rentals such as one-month stays or workations, so daily necessities and bathroom amenities are not provided. You must bring your own daily necessities such as towels, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper. Or, you can purchase it at the convenience store on the first floor of the apartment complex. Due to the nature of short-term rentals, personal hygiene products (towels, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, soap, etc.) and all bedding must be washed and replaced before check-in. Please note that bedding change and cleaning during use are not provided , so please use it without inconvenience. (Use the washing machine and dryer to wash and use.) ❗️ Cooking and eating food with strong odors and contaminants, such as fish, meat, and fried foods, indoors is prohibited.
