Rules of Use Minors are not permitted to stay without a guardian. The use of items posing a fire hazard, such as candles, incense, charcoal, firewood, and firecrackers, is strictly prohibited both indoors and outdoors. (There is a risk of fire from embers in the indoor and outdoor yards due to surrounding reeds and grass.) As this is a wooden house constructed from Hinoki cypress, smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Additionally, please exercise caution when smoking outdoors, as there are reeds and grass around the house. (Smoking indoors will result in eviction and no refund will be given.) Please keep the furnishings, facilities, and wallpaper clean, as compensation costs may apply for loss, damage, or contamination. (Attaching stickers is prohibited.) Grilling strong-smelling foods (such as pork belly, steak, bacon, fried foods, or grilled fish) or cooking greasy foods indoors will cause odors to linger, causing discomfort to subsequent guests. For grilling, please use a portable barbecue grill on the outdoor deck (Kovea Guibada). If food waste is left outside the house (such as on the outdoor deck), it may attract gnats and other insects. Please store it in the designated food waste bin inside the house and dispose of it frequently (as this is the primary cause of insect infestation). A food waste dryer is installed in the laundry room. (Please refer to the instruction manual on the front of the dryer for usage instructions.) When checking out, please wash and clean up any dishes and utensils you used. Upon check-out, please empty all trash, including general waste, recyclables, and food waste. Additionally, please restore all furniture and household items to their original state. (Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee.)
