Introducing a rental property. ★A two-story detached house with a spacious yard. ①You can use the spacious yard and fire pit where you can enjoy BBQ. ② It is a very quiet neighborhood and there is no noise between floors, which is an advantage of living alone. ③You can enjoy immersive movies and dramas in the living room on the second floor. ④We prepared the sofa and bed with really good products (Casa Mia, Tempur) ⑤On a clear night, the Milky Way spreads across the sky. ★Location and surroundings ①When using the bus, get off at Taean Integrated Bus Terminal, take a bus heading to Nammyeon, get off at Mongsan 1-ri Bowljeom or Jinsan 2-ri Jeommal, and then walk. ②Large marts and convenience stores are located within 5 minutes by car.
