Personal hygiene items (toothbrush) must be prepared separately. Two towels are provided per person. *Washing machine and dryer are provided for stays of 2 weeks or longer. -Kitchen You can enjoy a warm cup of coffee with the Illy coffee machine and bottled water. It is equipped with a 4-person dining table, induction, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, electric kettle, various types of glasses, opener, and various kitchen utensils. However, cooking food with a strong odor and eating shellfish are not allowed. -living room 6-person table, large TV/free Wi-Fi available (Please check the wifi password on the router next to the TV.) You will have exclusive use of an independent floor of the house. #Songjeong Beach - 25 minutes on foot, 3 minutes by car #Anmok Beach (Cafe Street) - 7 minutes by bus #E-Mart - 6 minutes by car #Gangneung Station - 9 minutes by bus The maximum number of guests allowed is 6 adults. (*Additional bedding is not provided.) You will have exclusive use of the entire two-bedroom accommodation. Each bedroom has three queen-size beds and hotel bedding. To ensure clean accommodations, we ventilate and clean the rooms daily, and we also change towels and bedding sets daily. Visits or entry by people other than those who have made a reservation are not permitted. * This is a residential area where local residents live, so please refrain from drinking and making loud noises after 9 PM. This is a space that is not soundproofed. You should not listen to music too loudly, and if there are complaints due to excessive noise, we will have no choice but to ask for your eviction without a refund. Please understand. * We are cleaning as thoroughly as possible, but there may be mosquitoes, flies, bugs, etc. found in private homes. Refunds are not possible due to this. * Meat, fish, and crustaceans that do not smell cannot be cooked. We ask that you only cook simple dishes as much as possible. If cleaning is difficult, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. * Parties and events are not allowed in the space, as damage to the facility due to events such as sticking balloons on the wallpaper will incur a fee. * Please refrain from smoking indoors. * If you damage any of the accommodation facilities or equipment, you will be charged a fee. * On rainy or snowy days, the stairs are slippery. Please be careful to avoid accidents. * Please be sure to check the refund policy.
