Complaints come in from other generations immediately. <password> Front door password - We will inform you by the morning of the day you move in. * Digital door locks are door locks with dual security features. When you stand in front of the door lock, two numbers appear randomly. Please press those two numbers first, then press the number we sent you via KakaoTalk. <Change door lock password> Change your password immediately after moving in! <How to use the light> You have to turn off the lights next to the Chinese door for the lights to come on. <Caution when using boiler> If you suddenly increase the boiler room temperature, there is a risk of damage to the marble floor. Slowly increase the temperature by 0.5 degrees from 18 degrees and be careful not to exceed 20-22 degrees. Hot water will still be available when you go out. (Please note that repair costs may be charged in case of damage due to user negligence.) <WiFi Password> The WiFi password is written on the router behind the home auto or TV. Never touch the TV. Don't pull or push it. We check the condition before moving in every time, and the tenant is responsible for the after-sales service when moving out. <After playing in the water at the beach> If you have been to the beach, Please remove sand from the tap provided in front of the main entrance on the first floor before entering. If you remove sand from within the unit, the drain will become clogged. Children's tubes, life jackets, etc. can be dried in the rooftop garden. (Warning: The rooftop can be dangerous for children. Adults only.) <Nearest convenience store and mart> There is a 7-Eleven convenience store 1 minute to the right in the alley in front of the building (open until 2 a.m.) Trash bags can be purchased at the supermarket checkout counter. 20L bags can be purchased individually at the supermarket. If you turn left once more at the zelkova tree in front of the building, you will find a medium-sized Damoa Logistics mart. Please prepare your own consumables such as bathroom and kitchen supplies (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, towels, tissues, detergent, etc.) as they are not provided. There is a Hanaro Mart and Daiso nearby, so I recommend you to shop there. <How to dispose of waste> Garbage must be separated from recyclables, placed in garbage bags, and disposed of only in the Clean House. If the amount of food waste is small, put it in a general waste bag and throw it away. If you have a large amount , buy and use a T-money transportation card sold at convenience stores. (Available for purchase with a minimum of 1,000 won.) (Never throw away trash in alleys or on the first floor of buildings. You may be fined.) Please be careful not to let children draw on bedding, furniture, or wallpaper with colored pencils. All the people living around the building are elderly. Please be careful about noise between floors so that no one is bothered. Please refrain from using the washing machine after 6 PM. It would also be a good idea to use a nearby laundromat^^ If you scream or have a child cry inside your house with the windows open, the sound will be heard throughout the alley and neighborhood. If you cause harm to the surrounding generations, we will contact you immediately. <How to clean up when moving out> You must throw away all trash and other items in the clean house before leaving.
