* There is a convenience store, supermarket, and self-service laundry on the first floor of the accommodation building. * You can enjoy everything in one building without having to go far, including many coffee shops, famous restaurants, bars, and claw machines. * It is close, about a 7-minute walk from Geumnyeonsan Station on Subway Line 2. * There are two drone shows every Saturday evening in Gwangalli, and you can watch them comfortably without leaving the accommodation. * You can also take the Gwangalli Yacht Tour for 9,800 won on weekdays. * The Minlak-dong Sashimi Center, recommended by locals (10-minute drive away), is located nearby, so you can enjoy fresh sashimi with the best taste and value for money. *This is an ocean view where you can see the drone show directly from the accommodation. You can get to the beach in just a minute's walk. You can comfortably view Gwangan Bridge, a landmark of Busan, from your accommodation. You can transfer to the subway at Busan Station, and it takes 7 minutes to get to your accommodation after getting off the subway. *Gwangalli is the best place to live if you want to live in Busan for a short period of time. Because Gwangalli is where things to see, eat, and experience are all gathered together. *There are amenities necessary for living for 2 people. There are large marts, convenience stores, and franchise restaurants nearby, and the living facilities are well-equipped. *We maintain a different level of cleanliness than Airbnb. Since it is a short-term rental, we are more thorough in cleaning. Since high-temperature steam and sterilization of bedding are performed at the same time, a cleaning fee (100,000 won) is charged.

(If you wish to change your time, please let us know in advance so we can check availability.) 6. Additional management fees may be charged for excessive use of electricity and water. 7. Please note that parking costs 10,000 KRW per day (since parking fees around Gwangalli are expensive, please be advised that the accommodation parking fee is paid individually). *You must go to the 4th basement level to register! (Otherwise, parking fees will be high.) 8. A trash disposal area is well-provided on the 1st basement floor, so we would appreciate it if you could make sure to recycle, separate food waste, and separate general waste when checking out (individual trash bags are sold at the convenience store).
