The property is always maintained in a clean and pleasant condition. The photos look good, but it is actually even more spacious and beautiful. Otherwise, we won't charge you rent.💯 Long-term stays of 1 year or more are possible. It is a very large room, so it accommodates a super single bed. There is ample storage with a 2-tier clothes rack. Dual monitor desktop, chair, and air purifier. The living room features a sofa and dining table for comfortable relaxation. Microwave, electric rice cooker, water purifier, and tableware. There is a separate washer-dryer, making laundry and drying convenient. City gas is split 1/N from November to April, and electricity is split 1/N from June to September; everything else is included in the rent. Face cleanser, shampoo, body wash, dish soap, laundry detergent, toothpaste, and toothbrush are all included. Even garbage bags and toilet paper are included.
