My family also uses it as a second home. All the home appliances and daily necessities have been newly purchased and neatly organized. Please use it as if it were your own home.

Additional rules
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and pets are also not allowed. (If caught, you will be fined.) - Since we are operating our own sewage treatment plant, please refrain from flushing food, wet tissues, etc. down the toilet (since this can cause the toilet to clog, repair costs may apply.) - Please dispose of all trash when leaving (use the recycling bin in front of our building) - You must purchase a volume-based garbage bag and use the food waste collection bin within the complex for food waste (use a food waste disposal card - you will be charged if lost) - Please wash the pots and bowls you used. - Cooking indoors of food with strong odors and contaminants, such as fish, meat, and fried foods, is prohibited. - Due to the short-term nature of the rental, personal hygiene products (towels, shampoo, toothpaste, soap, etc.) are not provided. - As this is an apartment where many people live, please refrain from making loud noises or partying late at night. - Please strictly adhere to the contract period. If you do not move out after the contract period, you will be forcibly evicted.
