It's a university district, so there are a lot of one-room apartments for university students. It's a mixed-use apartment complex. There are a lot of convenience stores around. The nearby Dolceteria Financier is delicious. **, **, but there is no induction or bathtub. Have a good rest.

We didn't go there to rest, but we visited because we had something to do. It's okay for those who just want to rest quietly without a car. We went without much worry because they said parking was available inside the building. Since the first floor is a shopping mall, there were many cars parked on both sides of the narrow road in front of the mall. They said there was a place to park if you came in before 6 o'clock, so we came in around 4 o'clock. If you park in a space that can accommodate 2 cars next to the mall, they will call you around 11 o'clock and ask you to leave. There was a day when we paid parking across the mall, but the host paid the parking fee. It's on the 4th floor, so considering the up and down, it's okay to rest without a car. There are some parking restrictions.

It's been a week since I returned to my daily life after living alone for a week, so I finally have time to write a review. I was excited and happy because it was my first time traveling alone, but I think the accommodation played a part in it, so I'll write a few words. First of all, it was close to the station and terminal, and there were many amenities nearby, so there was nothing inconvenient (I was surprised that there was no pharmacy nearby, but it seems that the convenience store also plays a role). I was worried because I heard in the review that it was noisy because of the noise of old men exercising in the morning, but I couldn't hear any noise when I closed the veranda door. And the accommodation was bigger than the picture. I thought it would be a small studio, but it was more cozy and nice than I expected. It was cold because it suddenly rained, but the heating and ondol made it really warm. There was a water purifier and separate waste collection at the end of the hallway on the second floor, so I could clean up as I went, and most things were provided, so there wasn't much to buy separately. The host was also kind (of course, through messages). I stayed here without any major inconveniences. I'm going to Gangneung again, so I'll probably choose to stay here. It's the same. Thank you~^^

I like Gangneung and often travel to Gangneung. Among the many accommodations, I think this accommodation was the most cost-effective :) First of all, the accommodation was located near the downtown area, so it was convenient to go to a cafe, go shopping, eat, and live. If it was too close to the downtown area, it might have been a little noisy, but it was about a 5-minute walk from the center, so the surrounding area wasn't too noisy, which was nice. It's also about a 5-10 minute drive to Gyeongpo Beach, so it's easy to go to the beach, and the location was the biggest advantage. The interior of the accommodation was also clean, and it was very spacious for a one-room apartment, and the kitchen was separate, so it was easy to cook. There were no other accommodations on the same floor, so it was quiet. The basic kitchenware needed for living was provided, and if there were any missing items, the host helped me a lot, so I lived comfortably and rested. Thank you, kind host :) I'll rest well and go!

I was able to enjoy the daily life of Gangneung as if I was a tourist or a local. I had a lot of concerns because there were no reviews, but this was a place that I personally liked. Although it wasn't fancy or new, I liked it more because I stayed in a house with a Gangneung-style(?). It was clean and had everything I needed, and the host was really kind! From the early morning of check-in, they provided information on check-in methods, the place, and nearby restaurants, and there were some requests that I didn't intend to make, but they gladly and quickly handled them, which was nice. I think it's a place where you can live and enjoy Gangneung even if you're a backpacker.

It was my first time traveling alone. Since I can't drive, I was looking for a place with easy transportation, and I chose this place because the room looked cozy and warm. My family came with me on the first day to pick me up, and the host was so kind to understand that we were all able to rest well for a day. The accommodation you recommended, on the first floor, was Namaesusan, which was the best value for money. I was so satisfied. There was a convenience store called GS25, CU, and E-Mart 24 right in front, so it was good to buy medicine and buy various things. There were many parks and restaurants nearby, so it was fun to look around. It was my first time staying for 7 days, so I didn't know what to bring, so I just brought a bunch of things. Wow, they had everything from towels to *** Trio, dishcloths, and ** **. I guess that's why they call you a super host. They kindly answered my questions. The best part was that there was a big tree outside the veranda, so I saw birds I had never seen before and it was nice to see the tree bark. Thank you for allowing me to have such a precious time. You didn't even take a utility deposit. Wow!!! Thank you again for giving me a valuable experience.
