Reservations are available for stays of 2 weeks or more. It is a quiet and cozy house with fresh air and plenty of sunlight, overlooking the Dadaepo sea at a glance. You can use the Natgae Station on Line 1 within a 7-minute walk, and there are restaurants, cafes, bars, large supermarkets, convenience stores, etc. near the station. Dadaepo Beach can be reached by subway or bus, and is within the basic fare by taxi. It is a quiet and cozy house with fresh air and plenty of sunlight, overlooking the Dadaepo sea at a glance. It is a great accommodation for both tourists and business travelers. Right in front of the hotel, there's a cheap and delicious restaurant serving a buffet-style meal that changes daily. (Highly recommended!) - Equipped with a foldable bathtub -Washable (There is a washing machine, laundry detergent, fabric conditioner, and mini dryer) -Various tableware provided (Electric rice cooker, microwave oven, oven, electric kettle, various glasses, wine glasses, opener, etc.) -Bedding, rugs, and foot mats are always washed and kept clean. - For long-term stays, we provide extra mattress covers, blankets, quilts, pillow covers, and foot mats. (This is also the reason why we cannot accept other guests on the day a guest checks out. It takes 1 night and 2 days for laundry.) -There is no TV. -Move-in is non-face-to-face. (We will inform you of the password one day before check-in.) -Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am (Early check-in is possible at times, so please feel free to inquire.) -For parking, please obtain a visitor pass from the security office. -Dogs are allowed. (Assuming the barking isn't too loud) -Please refrain from drinking, dancing, making loud noises, partying, and smoking. -Please place general waste in volume-based bags and dispose of it on the first floor. (They are provided at the accommodation, but if you need more, you can purchase them at a nearby mart.) - Waste separation is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year on the first floor. -Please dispose of food waste in the collection box on the first floor. (Use the dedicated card key in the accommodation to open and close the collection box) - Contactless check-in - Cooking available (equipped with various dishes, rice cooker, and other appliances) -Parking available (visitor pass issued by the security office) - Dogs allowed - Waste separation is available 24 hours a day on the first floor. - Food waste is placed in a dedicated collection bin. (Use the card key in the accommodation) -No drinking, dancing, loud noise, parties, or smoking (It's a very quiet apartment complex) -It takes 40 minutes by car from Gimhae Airport to the accommodation, and the taxi fare is approximately 20,000 won. -It takes 30 minutes by car from Busan Station to the accommodation, and the taxi fare is approximately 14,000 won. -If you're taking the subway, get off at Natgae Station on Line 1 and walk, or get off at Sinjangnim Station and take a village bus or taxi. (If you have luggage, we recommend taking a taxi.) Dadaepo Beach is a 10-minute taxi ride from the accommodation (base fare: ₩6,500).
