(Highly recommended!) - Foldable bathtub provided - Laundry facilities available (Washing machine, detergent, fabric softener, and mini dryer provided) - Various tableware provided (Electric rice cooker, microwave, oven, electric kettle, various drinking glasses, wine glasses, opener, etc.) - Bedding, rugs, and bath mats are washed and set up in a clean condition after every stay. - For long-term stays, we provide extra mattress covers, floor mats, duvets, pillow covers, and bath mats. (This is also why we cannot accept another guest on the day the current guest checks out. It takes 1 night and 2 days for laundry.) - There is no TV. - Move-in is contactless. (The password will be provided one day prior to check-in.) - Check-in: 2 PM, Check-out: 12 PM (Early check-in may be possible depending on availability, so please feel free to inquire.) - You can obtain a visitor pass for parking from the security office. - Pets are allowed. (Provided they do not bark excessively) - Please refrain from excessive drinking, singing, dancing, loud noises, parties, and smoking. - Please dispose of general waste in designated garbage bags on the 1st floor. ( Bags are provided at the accommodation, but if you run out, you can purchase them at a nearby supermarket.) - Recycling is available on the 1st floor 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. - Please dispose of food waste in the bins on the 1st floor. (Please use the dedicated card key provided at the accommodation to open and close the bins.) - Contactless check-in - Cooking facilities available (equipped with various dishes, rice cookers, and other appliances) - Parking available (Visitor pass issued at the security office) - Pets allowed - Recycling available 24 hours a day on the 1st floor - Please dispose of food waste in the dedicated bins (Please use the card key provided at the accommodation) - No drinking, singing, dancing, loud noises, parties, or smoking (This is a very quiet apartment complex) - The accommodation is a 40-minute drive from Gimhae Airport, with a taxi fare of approximately 20,000 won. - The accommodation is a 30-minute drive from Busan Station, with a taxi fare of approximately 14,000 won. - If using the subway, it is convenient to get off at Natgae Station on Line 1 and walk, or get off at Sinjangnim Station and take a local bus or taxi. (If you have luggage, a taxi is recommended.) - It takes 10 minutes by taxi from the accommodation to Dadaepo Beach. (Base fare ~ 6,500 won)
