Specifically, the areas that need attention are: garden maintenance (garbage is being dumped in the surrounding area), the garbage and recycling collection area is too far away causing much inconvenience, there are many insects so overall disinfection is needed, the furniture is old and especially the sofa sags significantly in the middle causing back pain, the fan was not used but is very rusty and looks poor, and compared to accommodations of acquaintances, the value for money is significantly lacking for the price.

Even considering that the East Room is generally in worse condition than the West Room, the room condition was not great. They sweep and clean the room daily, so it seemed to have improved by the time we checked out. The air conditioner on the second floor barely worked, and the first floor air conditioner was weak and had no idea when it was last cleaned. The heating system malfunctioned due to rain, but they fixed it. I also mentioned a frying pan that was unusable, and they replaced it immediately. When it rains, the window frames collect, leaving a musty smell in the room. Being on the first floor, bugs are a frequent threat. The garden outside is also poorly maintained. I also met the bartender 4-5 times over the past two weeks. The location was conveniently close to the East Tourist Attractions. The owner was easy to contact, and I appreciated his prompt response to my requests. Good value for money.

The third place I chose for my one-month stay in Jeju was Shinsan-ri.. When I first arrived, there was a lot of snow, so I was able to fully experience and see Jeju in winter. The location was nice because there weren't many people and it was quiet. There was a cafe and restaurant in front of the house, which was nice👍 At first, the accommodation had a lot of snow, so the water was a bit strong in the bathroom and terrace area as the snow melted.. When the boiler was on, the bathroom floor was hot, so it wasn't cold when I washed up~ It was perfect for the three of us, including my 38-month-old son who ran around freely~ The first time I lived in Jeju was in February~March, the second time was in November~December, and the third time was in December~January, so I lived in Jeju for a month three times, and the deposit was 300,000 won each~ The first and second months were deposits that I had left over, so I received a deposit.. This third time, even though it was the coldest, there was no deposit left.. Jeju LPG gas prices are really expensive..ㄷㄷㄷ

The entrance was a bit ambiguous, but the room was bigger than I thought. The front of the accommodation was right next to the beach, which was nice. The house was clean, and the hot water was good. I plan to use it again next time.
