If there are no issues such as damage or malfunction after checking the accommodation's condition, the deposit will be refunded in Korean currency (KRW) through a remittance service. 📜 Guests staying for a month (29 nights) or more will be requested to provide a copy of their passport for rental contract and long-term resident reporting (TM30) on the day of check-in, so please be aware of this in advance.
