It's a small three-story house, with shops on the first floor, two rooms on the second floor, and one room on the third. We use both rooms on the second floor. Each room has its own bathroom, one has a small kitchen and a veranda, and is equipped with a super single bed and a comfortable sofa. The other has a queen-size bed, so friends or couples can conveniently use their own rooms. Each room has a separate number key, so privacy is guaranteed. While there's no washing machine, there's a coin-operated laundry in Swiss Village, conveniently located just a minute away.

Situated on a hillside, it offers beautiful views of the distant Hamdeok Sea, making it a frequent stop for tour buses. The accommodation building is also positioned to provide a clear view of the Hamdeok Sea, making it ideal for relaxing while gazing at the distant ocean and forest scenery from inside the room. Jocheon is a great place for healing, with numerous forests such as Seoubong, Olle Trails 18 and 19, Jeolmul/Gyorae Recreational Forests, Stone Culture Park, Geomun Oreum, and Saryeoni Forest. Being located in the mid-mountain area, it is particularly cool and pleasant during the summer. In particular, the accommodation is conveniently located near the complex entrance, making it easy to come and go. A cafe is situated in the building on the left, where you can enjoy tea and light snacks, and a laundromat is located within a one-minute walk, making daily life convenient. Nearby, there are famous restaurants such as Seonheul Bangju Halmonijip, Aewol Salmon Jocheon Branch, Haeoban Hamdeok Branch, Tongil Garden, and Seongmi Garden, as well as local eateries like Seonhuine Bapjip, Baptte, and Baekrihang. Swiss Village, a complex of 66 buildings, is a tourist attraction in itself. It is a great place for a stroll within the complex, and the beautiful distant sea views make it perfect for simply gazing out and daydreaming. In particular, Building 118, where your accommodation is located, is close to the entrance for easy access and faces a good orientation, offering excellent views of the Jocheon sea. You can also enjoy sitting on the small chairs behind the building to admire the succulents and yucca plants in the palm garden, perfect for "plant-gazing."
