Please be especially mindful of noise. If complaints regarding excessive noise, loud shouting, or intoxication persist, you will be asked to leave without a refund. *Cooking Allowed: Please clean up thoroughly after cooking and ventilate the space sufficiently. If excessive contamination or odors in the kitchen are deemed to prevent the next guest from entering smoothly, a deep cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW may be charged. *Strictly No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the accommodation, including the balcony and the hallway in front of the unit. Smoking will activate the indoor sprinkler system, and a fire alarm is installed, which may sound loudly. *General and food waste bags are provided. Please ensure that trash is placed in the appropriate bag and disposed of at the waste disposal area located at the building entrance. An appropriate amount of bags is provided based on the length of your stay; if you require additional bags, please purchase them separately. *Recycling: Please collect all recyclables in the designated recycling bins and dispose of them individually. *Please turn off the air conditioner/boiler and electricity when leaving the accommodation. Additional management fees will be charged if energy or water usage charges are excessively high. *Please wash dishes and turn off heating/cooling units and lights upon check-out. *Please refer to the precautions and penalty details (Deep cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW and/or actual cost will be charged): - Contamination of bedding due to food, cosmetics, etc. (if stains do not come off even after washing) - Damage to furniture and fixtures - Tape marks or damage to wallpaper - Staying with more guests than the maximum occupancy limit
