Jeju Salon · Julia House A place where the moment of stay becomes the journey itself. 📍 Operating Hours - Check-in: After 8:00 AM - Check-out: Before 6:00 PM 🏠 Check-in Guide - Self-check-in available - Power cords may be unplugged upon arrival → Please plug them in before use. - Turn lights ON/OFF using the [Master Lights Button] on the bathroom wall next to the shoe rack. - 1st-floor courtyard sofa & 2nd-floor terrace parasol → Remove covers before use. ℹ️ Space Nature & Purpose of Use - jeju.salon_juliahouse is a residential-style short-term rental intended for temporary stays. - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors (including cigarettes and e-cigarettes). - Commercial (drone) filming, parties, and large gatherings are restricted. - Cooking is permitted indoors. However, please avoid dishes that retain lingering odors (e.g., grilled fish, steamed or grilled seafood, crustaceans). - The use of items posing a fire hazard is prohibited. - We assume no responsibility for any incidents or accidents occurring inside or outside the building, or due to guest negligence. - While we maintain a pleasant and clean environment in our rooms, due to our location surrounded by nature, various insects may enter from the outside. Refunds are not available for such incidents. 🍳 This is not classified as a lodging business. Therefore, our space is not cleaned regularly, and you must bring your own personal items. - Personal amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, toiletries, shampoo & conditioner, body wash), towels, bottled water, toilet paper, wet wipes. - For BBQ: Please bring your own gas, charcoal, firewood, and grill. - Coffee machine available ☕ (Nespresso Vertuo Pop capsules required). - Electric kettle provided, allowing for the use of tea bags. - For families with young children, high chairs, bibs, footrests, and baby tableware (plates, bowls, cups) are provided. ※ Please prepare baby cutlery separately. ⚡️ Electricity & Gas Bill Settlement Julia House operates on a billing system based on actual usage. While utility bills are paid in advance via the website upon reservation, the final settlement is calculated based on the actual electricity and gas usage after check-out. The amount is calculated based on the meter readings on the check-in and check-out dates, and the final settlement details will be provided via text message after check-out. - Electricity: Can be checked remotely ⭕️ - Gas: Remote checking is difficult, so meter checks are required upon check-in. (After checking in, please take a photo of the gas meter located on top of the boiler box near the parking lot and send it via text message 🙏) ❗️ Important Notes - Please be sure to check the direction of the handle when opening windows. - Cats may visit the yard 🐱 👉 Please do not feed them, no matter how cute they are! 🍷 Upon arrival, a notice and welcome wine will be prepared on the dining table.
