Terms of Use and Guidelines - Reporting a change of address is absolutely not allowed . - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. -No pets allowed . - If noise or complaints occur, you will be asked to leave immediately . - If contamination or defects occur during use , compensation will be taken. -Large furniture is not allowed. - Excessive electricity, water, and gas charges will be billed separately. - After the contract period expires, any remaining items will be disposed of at will and the front door password will be changed. - If the above items are not complied with, immediate eviction will be taken. - For non-business/rental business owners who are not in the accommodation business, bathroom supplies cannot be provided (shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, body wash, etc.). You must prepare them yourself. -Only mattresses are provided as bedding. A separate bedding set costs an additional 30,000 won.

  • This is a short-term stay. Some daily necessities may not be provided. Please note that terms and services differ from standard accommodations.

  • This reservation is for short-term temporary occupancy and does not carry protections such as right of resistance, priority repayment, implied renewal, guaranteed stay period, or mandatory provisions. (Housing Lease Protection Act, Article 11)

  • The listed size may slightly differ from the actual size due to building structure and measurement standards. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.
