(Parking fee is borne by the guest) **3. Smoking** - Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation (including e-cigarettes). **4. Cooking** - The kitchen is equipped with various cooking utensils, a microwave, a coffee pot, a toaster, and an induction stove. **5. Party** - The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area. Please refrain from making noise after 10pm! **6. Number of reservations and outsiders** - Additional people and visitors other than those on the reservation are prohibited. - Outdoor CCTV is installed, and if caught, you will be asked to leave without a refund. **7. Pets** - For safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the accommodation. **8. Laundry** - Washing machines and dryers are available for your convenience and free use. **9.
