It is a newly built building, so it is safe with CCTV on the outside and entrance. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. It is located about 500 meters away from Banghak Station on Line 1. Parking is possible but difficult as the parking lot is small. There is an elevator available and there are no steps or curbs to obstruct access to the building. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, and simple seasonings. We've prepared everything you need for a short stay, including a hair dryer, iron, and TV. It is a neighborhood surrounded by mountains such as Dobongsan, Bukhansan, Suraksan, and Bul-amsan. The air is good^^ Also, the Dokkaebi Traditional Market is just a minute away, making it the perfect place to buy cheap groceries and cook simple meals.

Accommodations with a terrace offer outdoor barbecue facilities. There is an additional fee for barbecue use and grill rental. Personal firearms and firewood & charcoal are absolutely prohibited for fire prevention purposes.
