Halla. Sitting in the living room, you don't need to go to a cafe. Being inside the house brings a sense of peace and comfort. It is a house I truly love. We used to use it as a second home just for the family, but now that the kids have grown up, we can't visit as often, so I decided to post it here. I hope wonderful people will come and relax comfortably.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. (Smoking is permitted on the rooftop, but please clean up cigarette butts immediately and do not accumulate them.) If pets are found, immediate eviction will be enforced. (No refunds will be given.) There is no trash disposal area within the complex. You must take your recyclable waste to a nearby disposal facility for proper disposal. For food waste, please pay with a T-money card at the trash disposal area before disposing of it. This is a multi-unit dwelling. Please be mindful of noise between floors.
