(Pets are priced per pet regardless of duration) - Any damage caused by pets will be charged at a later date. 💳 Utility bill settlement method and general management expenses - Utility bills and cleaning fees are paid together with the accommodation fee. - Upon check-in/check-out, gas, electricity, and water meters are read and utility bills are settled. - After settling utility bills, the settled amount is higher than the amount paid in advance.
