An old stone house can be rebuilt with only the walls remaining, so it can be used separately as a detached house. There is a Bluetooth speaker for listening to music and an ethanol stove for a fire pit. Amenities such as induction, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, drum washing machine, and carbon mat are provided. *In the case of electric rice cookers and capsule coffee machines, we will prepare them upon request as the usage is small. Utility bills are separate from heating costs. The rest includes water and electricity. The deposit will be refunded after deducting heating costs.
